Terms of Service
Last updated 15 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Nextbard. By opening an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.
1. Who you are contracting with
Nextbard is operated by Zaid Koutam, a sole trader established in Morocco, at Rue Ibn Batouta 45, Maarif, Casablanca 20330, Morocco ("we", "us"). Contact: support@nextbard.com.
2. What the service does
Nextbard runs the search queries you write against a search API, opens the public pages those searches return, and extracts business contact addresses published on them. It shows you the result, deduplicates it against your earlier runs, and lets you export it as CSV, JSON or a plain list.
Nextbard is a research tool. It does not send email, does not host mailing campaigns, and does not supply pre-built or purchased contact lists.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate account details.
- You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done under your account.
- One account per person or organisation. Sharing credentials to get round plan limits is a breach of these terms.
- Tell us promptly at support@nextbard.com if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
4. Plans and credits
A credit is one search query against one page of search results. Opening the resulting sites and extracting addresses costs nothing further — you are billed for the search itself.
- Free — $0. Capped at 100 collected addresses and 50 credits.
- Solo — $5/month. 1,000 credits.
- Growth — $15/month. 3,000 credits.
- Scale — $49/month. 10,000 credits.
An allowance covers a 30-day period that starts the day your account was opened, and then rolls. Unused credits do not carry over into the next period. The console shows what a run will cost in credits before you start it, and refuses to run past a ceiling you set.
Yield figures on our pricing page ("about 7,000 addresses") are estimates from typical use, not guarantees. How many addresses a credit returns depends on your niche, your queries and what the sites concerned actually publish.
5. Billing
Creem is our merchant of record. Your purchase is made with Creem, which handles payment, invoicing, VAT and sales tax, and appears on your statement. Card details are entered on Creem's hosted checkout and are never seen or stored by us.
- Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page, exclusive of tax unless stated. Tax is applied at checkout based on your location.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase. You may cancel before it takes effect.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend the paid tier until it clears. Your data is kept during a short grace period.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription inside the console, which opens the Creem customer portal. There is no cancellation fee and you do not need to email anyone to do it.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drops to Free. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Your use of Nextbard, and of everything you collect with it, is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: no unsolicited bulk email, no ignoring opt-outs, no collecting data you have no lawful basis to use. Breaching it is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
8. Your data and ours
You keep ownership of your queries, settings and everything you collect. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you — storing it, showing it back to you, deduplicating it and exporting it.
We keep ownership of Nextbard itself: the software, the interface, the presets and the name. You may not copy it, resell it, or reverse-engineer it, and you may not use it to build a competing product.
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. What we do not promise
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that a run will return any particular number of addresses, that an address is current or correct, or that a contact will be relevant to you. Addresses are extracted from third-party pages we do not control and cannot verify.
Nextbard depends on third-party services, including a search API and the availability of the sites being read. We aim for continuous availability but do not offer an uptime guarantee, and we may take the service down for maintenance.
Nothing here is legal advice. Whether a given outreach is lawful where you and your recipient are is for you to determine.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your use of collected data, including claims about unsolicited messages you sent or data protection obligations you did not meet.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing limits the statutory rights of a consumer.
11. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time from the console. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, is used unlawfully, or puts the service or other customers at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first; for serious breaches we may act immediately.
On termination, your data is deleted according to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you close your account.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version, and we will email account holders at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Morocco, and the courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
